Bee Design specializes in handcrafted, made-to-order garments.
While we strive to display our products accurately, colours, embroidery, fabric textures, and handwork may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, device settings, and the handmade nature of our products.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Since most Bee Design products are made to order, customers may request order cancellation or modifications (size or colour only) within 16 hours of placing the order by emailing beedesignsofficial@gmail.com.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
All purchases are subject to our Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES & BILLING
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without prior notice.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and shipping information.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates only.
As many Bee Design garments are handcrafted after an order is placed, dispatch times may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, customs, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including our logo, branding, product images, designs, descriptions, graphics, text, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Bee Design or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
